DB Schema Change

• Bugfix: Saving miner file with mail merge template changes would trigger crash.
• View Account: View parts currently on order/awaiting pickup in a new tab
• Web online: provide synchronization from web to c9 of received web orders (not yet integrated into point of sale)
• POS: Optimized F12 customer pickup. Screen should now popup instantaneously (took a second or 2 before)
• Crash Report Bugfix: A system crashed in receive order while editing notes. NPE Guard added
• On startup if database cannot be reached provided a more useful description of this issue
