DB Schema Change

• Web online : POS integration completed. Ready for initial rollout
• Removed Spares end of month function. Now EOM rollover of quantities works automatically
• Added manual stock historical qty regeneration (under setup database maintainence)
• Added manual enquiry purging (under setup database maintainence)
• Changes to estimates
  • Allow user to default to selecting estimate based on folders (standard jobs) or by id search (quotes)
  • On upgrade - if estimate DB has no folders in it: assume user prefers id search, instead of folder search
  • In folder search, only display unorganised estimates which where created in the last 3 months
• Units : modified units so that you can assign multiple costs such as stamp duty while unit is on dealership floor. Done via modify unit or on purchase unit. Allows for more accurate setting of likely sale price. (Needed for publishing prices via web online)
• Units: select unit. Color code dealer units as follows:

  Green

  Unit is not on floorplan or unit has been paid out

  Orange

  Unit is on floorplan with some curtailment payments made

  Red

  Unit is on floorplan. No curtailment payments made as of yet
