C9 software has built into it a specially designed spare parts order export specifically for Husqvarna.   To use this file though you need to change settings in Husqvarna online website. The settings are as follows:

• Set file type to 'delimited'
• Select checkbox for 'first line includes header'
• Field order. Use add button to establish following order of items. Correct order is critical
  • Part number
  • Your Order Ref
  • Qty
• Delimiter to use:  select semi-colon (;)
• Text Separator: leave it blank
• Date Separator: leave it blank
• Date Format: d-m-y
• Century: leave it blank
• Remove existing order items:  leave it blank
