PAYG payment summary report bug fixes

• recently added emp super calculation is wrong when doing printout for multiple staff. Now fixes
• would not print gross figures for 6 figure salaries. Now working.

v5.1 changes

• Online backup with new v5 tables wasn't working. Now fixed. (bavkup code made incorrect assumptions about field ordering on database tables. Now fixed)
