Tweaks and fixes

• Select GL code screen. Displayed balance was wrong, it was sort of shifted vertically. Now fixed
• Warranty report. Numerous issues here, some caused by transition to v5 but some even older. Now sorted
• KTM magician : now working with Dealernet platform
