You can map spares or units into website in multiple ways. You can either map them individually one item at a time or you can map them in groups. i.e. put all Yamaha parts or all Road Motorcycles onto a website with a single click.  The option you select depends on how you want to organise your data and how organised your data is.

• Bugfix with spares discounts.  If you select daily or stock buy price as basis of calculating discount, it would work fine for parts coming out of stock, but for parts on order it would always use the actual order receive price, not either daily/stock pricefile price.  Modified so that it always uses price file daily/stock buy if user wishes to discount based on either of these.

• Accounts - could not print Credit note or debit note transactions. Now fixed

Note that this version will modify the database and will force you to log all terminals out as part of upgrade

• Bugfix with generic price file import.  Importer would hide fields which have no data in them in the first 100 rows. But supercession fields may appear blank because supercessions may not start appearing until after the 100th part number. Solution is that if header appears to be a supercession, then include it, even if first 100 rows are blank
• Website management
  • Introduced notion of stock part grouping; so stock parts on website group together. Currently they group by analyzing stock description; i.e. if part ends with BLK, RED, XS, LARGE, 32 etc etc. This new setting gives finer control over this logic
  • Website units - will now publish new units on website. But new units need to be mapped onto website individually

• Harley Master file import : supercession slot contained things which which are not part numbers. Such as "AFTERMARKET", "CFITMENTCOMMENTS" and "VINTAGEPARTS".  Modified c9 so that on Harley import, if super cession slot does not contain a 'part' with at least one digit, assume the master file is dodgy and assume part does not supercede.
• Miner bulk mail merge:
  • Detect duplicate SMS/Email could not handle SMS/Email with multiple lines. Now fixed
  • Report on actual number of SMS/Email messages sent on "send all"; not just number tested.

Note that this version will modify the Database on update and will force all terminals to be logged out as part of update. This update will take longer to perform than average update. Allow for upto 2 minutes for update to complete.

• Spares profit report tracking of discounting more accurate; discounts now internally tracked on each individual item
• Spares profit report -separate parts sold based on discounting scheme, retail discount, cost discounting or profit margin discounting
• On key browse windows memorise if user prefers to look at top or bottom of list:
  • Workshop Select job
  • Customer order pickup
  • Select Order
• Manage Website content bug fixes
  • enforce order of content items strictly as image, summary, details. Before order could get mixed up if you partially set items, change items on multiple edits.
  • Change order on advanced browse sometimes did not work if there where child menu items on the menu being modified
  • Never memorize directory for new image if it is server db (c9db:) location

• Add new image for website - memorize last file location where image was updated from (do not memorize if it is c9db:\ - should be using image gallery for these)
• Add new image for website - do not allow images bigger than 800x600 to be uploaded. Image must be resized.
