Tweaks and fixes

• Disable auto login when using c9 remotely. Because users now require explicit setting to allow remote access, this combined with auto login can break remote access
• Regular tasks like payday super checks etc run every 5 minutes. Slow down frequency of these between 10pm and 6am to run much less often. This change is motivated by payday super polling which can disrupt overnight backup verify from running correctly on slow systems/ systems with huge amounts of data.
• Some web order constructs,  such as reserve then pickup : it is not possible to identify the underlying txn as part of a weborder. This is problematic for things like refunding parts on web order. Now fixed
• Restrict access to ‘staff’ to login users with staff permission
• more bugs with recent changes to allow tracking of deleted unit costs like curtailments etc
  • Fix bug with receive parts off order on a deal. Sometimes parts would not assign and will still report on order
  • Auto adjust parts on deals potentially broken / misreport value of parts on deals
• Sales leads alerts : tweak so only login users with access to ‘unit sales and pricing’ see these.
• Shipping label : print email addr if known to align with auspost parcel requirements coming 2027

Low level changes

• A bug in c9 relates to when we install it for first time. Under some workflows we cannot set / change the installed shop name. Now fixed
• Non functional changes related to upcoming 5.3 : introduce a new txn status mode : migrated. For migrated spares/workshop invoices etc from other systems; so not backed with a GL posting but we still want to track some sort of real effect on inventory movement.
